the owner was very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. the bedding was clean and fresh, including the towels. my kids enjoyed the big family room for our weekend, an amazing plus for a family.
the hotel could benefit from some updates to freshen up the overall appearance.

the hallway carpets showed some wear and tear.

john was very cute! the room was big. everything needed for a family was available. my kids loved watching baby seagulls out of the window. it was really great!
The smell of damp dogs was very strong. The room was dirty. the carpet had lots of bits on it. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall.

the host was very cute. he made sure i had everything i needed. my room had all the basics for a comfortable stay. it was also very quiet at night, so i slept well.
the decor is a bit dated. i noticed some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, but it wasn't a major issue.
